After cross-country season ended and I stopped working out on my own because of how things got insanely busy due to senior year stuff, I put on almost ten pounds. Therefore, I’ve been feeling pretty unhealthy lately, and I’m trying to get back on track and back to a healthier weight. As part of my mission, I created this blog specifically to keep track of my progress in terms of fitness and to inspire myself to keep reaching towards becoming the healthiest me I can possibly be. Most of the stuff I reblog will be fitness-related, and my posts will mostly be to keep track of my eating and workout habits so I can make changes and adjustments as needed to my regimen. Therefore, I do follow back almost all fitblrs (though fitblrs with only "fitspo" are not my thing) and blogs that promote a HEALTHY lifestyle. Here’s to health and fitness!
